Moving into the second decade of the 21st century provides an opportunity to reflect on our work and say thanks to the people who support Infoxchange.

A key strategic piece of work was completed for Infoxchange this year by A.T. Kearney that unequivocally shows that making low-income communities digitally inclusive, not only has significant social returns on investment, but also provides significant economic returns on investment. The A.T. Kearney economic model shows a return of two dollars for every dollar invested.

The latest addition to the S2S suite of applications is the Service Record System (SRS), which is a web-based Client Management System. SRS has been designed for those services keen to establish information management and reporting systems that maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
