Burns

Scenario: Rex spills boiling soup over his hand, causing a painful scald.

Reassure him.
Run tepid water over his hand for 5 minutes, or for longer if the pain is severe.
Seek further medical help if unable to do the above and/or if the burn is severe.
Seek urgent medical attention after lightly covering with a clean, wet dressing, or call an ambulance on '000' if the burn is severe.
