As seen, there are numerous possible causes of such pain, and it is best assessed by a doctor or a hospital emergency service. Associated vomiting, abdominal pain that is severe or worsening, and/or Debra appearing very unwell indicates a need for urgent medical attention. A history of recent alcohol or drug abuse (ask about this) may point to the cause.
